We went to listen to UB40 perform at the park with Tony and Donna. We took beers and Tony brought a picnic of pringles and doughnuts. Excellent fowrad thinking!
To be honest the only UB40 song I know is 'red red wine' but I did initially get them confused with the B52s. I was a bit dissapointed they didn't play 'love shack' and 'rock lobster'.
We had an awesome night just catching up and drinking on a rug in the park.
We even saw bats!
The other advantage to living so close is that as it got dark and a bit nippy I just came home, got some extra blankets and went back. Job done. Same deal with the beers. Ours were always cold.
