When I arrived my dad had just started making a dorset apple cake- which turned out very well.
Then he asked me if i knew how to make biscuits.
So i taught him to mske viennese.whirls wich chocolate butter cream.
And how to use a piping bag.
Which may still need some work.
Either way i'm proud of his cake making progress!
He's only made 2 sponges before, but he's looking like a pro.
