Helen and I went to a free tea dance today at the athletics club- we were expecting there to be some kind of instruction but it was an opportunity for people to dance who already knew the steps.
We watched the couples dance and they were really really awesome!
Eventually a Lady called Babs saw us joining in and took us under her wing.
she taught us the line dance charleston and the waltz.
which was awesome!
I enjoyed that very much and we were grateful for her help and persistence!
We were then instructed as to how to dance the cha cha.
which was impossible.
A good laugh though!
I shall Charleston my way through hednas!
