I have decorated less impressively with gold plastic buttons for the star, sequin tinsel and glass beads as baubles.
It's still cute and it's still going on my desk at work.
I think some iridescent glitter as 'snow' would be a good addition but otherwise I am happy.
I glued on my decorations with pva as I was worried superglue might react with the spray paint. Hot glue would work much better.
