Traff made us pan haggety :) from the hairy bikers cook book.. its basically just potatoes, carrots and bacon cooked in stock with cheese on top!
Yummy northern winter food.
I was quite impressed with how pretty it manages to look.
Despite the fact its a heart attack in a pan.
