Autumn activities

Autumn is my favourite time of the year. I'm too ginger to appreciate the summer to its fullest extent and i'm too much of a sickly wimp to enjoy proper winter. Spring is mostly rainy and spoils all my plans. Autumn is perfect.
And it has the best colours.

In order to enjoy autumn to its fullest, i've made myself a list of challenges to complete. Mostly pretty attainable and a good excuse to wear spider earrings to be honest...
And since I got instagram i've been.neglecting my little corner of the internet out of excitement for a new social media platform (it's pretty all consuming actually) so here is to some good, old fashioned, challenge blogging.
Feel free to join me!
I will hopefully get to do lots of crafting infront of the fire!

- Pumpkin carving
- Skull cookies
- Sugar skull face paint
- Zombie walk
- Watch the nightmare before Christmas
- Watch the corpse bride
- Watch hocus pocus
- Pottery painting
- Lemon curd and black berry tarts
- Pumpkin spice something
- Watch the leaves change colour
- Sparklers
- Eat Halloween cake
- Make a ouji board
- Halloween crafts
- Halloween dress
- Jump in leaves
- Harvest festival
- Make Halloween cake
- Read someones fortune with tarot cards - Wear a cozy jumper
- Make roasted vegetables
- Halloween nails

Traff and the trampoline park

Traff has been desperate to go here since ray and I went a few weeks ago.
He finally got his way today and seemed to enjoy himself!

Seriously though, this place is awesome!

Team colours!

Tea's western themed surprise 30th!

Roller derby

Traff has lots of wrestling matches coming up.soon in bedfordshire,so.he wanted to go to.training with hope in mk. This meant.I was able to bum a lift and see the roller derby girls and hang out with tats on her birthday.
Today was also.livas last session at training before she goes off travelling round Thailand. Whilst I'm sad to have missed lyds leaving do the previous week (shes gone to play for rebellion and the west indies) this was deffo.worth the 2 hour drive and the early start.

I'm still.off skates. I have a hospital appointment on Monday to see if they think my wrist needs surgery to fix it. I.also have physio on Wednesday.
Since carol and I.both did our wrists in riggs has found us the perfect wrist guards. Enuii 2 city brace. Everyone at training had them. I tried on about 8  pairs to.oblige everyone and will definitely be ordering a set.

We had cake after training, then we sang.at tats and went for more cake in town!
Perfect!

Autumn colours

It's here!

My roller derby team top.came!

Brean sands

Traff and I had our traditional Sunday adventure today.
Brean sands!
It's headland that acts as a natural pier so worth the drive for some epic views- we could even see cardiff.
We also got to drive on the beach, which was novel!

Faringdon folly

Traff and I made the most of the slightly improved weather and took a trip to faringdon.
The folly was open so we climbed the tower and took in the views.
We had a picnic on top of the hill looking out over didcot power station.

We then drove to Marlborough via the white horse at uffington.

Proper adventure day!

Also, check out my new blue black hair!

Dim sum

Traff bought us take away as a Friday night treat.
The Chinese take away also did dim sum.
This is dangerous.
