Fireworks

Foxton

Tina and I took advantage of some free time on our training course today and went for a walk around Foxton.
It really is in the back of beyond- we walked miles and just saw fields!
On the way back we had to stop for the railway crossing and a freight train was passing. We counted the trucks, for want of something better to do.
it had 23 trucks each with a maximum weight capacity of 30,000kg... I feel some maths coming on...

Anyway, this is Tina counting trucks.
I will admit I was less invested in the activity than she was...

Freebie bag!

I went on a course yesterday and one of ny senior colleagues gave me a new tote bag to carry all my important materials to show off where I work.
I like it very much!

Belated birthday presents!

I love belated presents because it makes my birthday last longer! It's exciting.  Especilly as my birthday was such a disaster.  It's nice to be 'celebrating' now the dust has settled.

Tina bought me a spiralizer for making vegetables into pasta. She ordered it ages ago but it came from America.

I'm very excited for healthier eating.  When I'm busy I never eat enough greens.

Debbie sent me a gift card for next too! Saturday shopping here I come!

Afternoon tea at the ritz

Divali and shopping in Southall

We bought tassels and trims  and all things shiny from Southall.

Then we went to Creams and had ice cream and cookie dough! If you've never been you actually need to!

Both of these leaflets confuse me greatly! suggestions on a postcard...

Halloween in Camden

Thank you secret angel!

After possibly the most stressful and dramatic week off work (I thought taking holiday was supposed to make people less stressed,  not more!) I was extremely touched to find this haul of goodies in my in-box.
I never thought I'd be so happy to be back at work.  Ah, normality.  Thank you for returning.
